St John the Baptist, Upton

This ancient chapel-of-ease (Grade I listed) was built in AD1120 as a daughter church to St Kyneburgha, Castor. It is set in fields to the east of Upton village, 100 yrds from King Street, the old Roman road from Castor to Lincoln.
